Are you interested to participate in our study?

For the Neurosense device, we are conducting a study which involves getting feedback and input from primary care physicians, internal medicine physicians, neurologists, DNPs, clinic/hospital managers, and nephropathy patients from their experience through a short discussion (more like a short interview for about 15-20 minutes via a zoom call).

We are conducting this study as part of our work at the University of Utah's Clinical Neurosciences Center and the University of Chicago's Polsky Center. we greatly value your time and appreciate your participation in this study.

For your/participants' peace of mind, interviews (discussions) won't be recorded and no personal information will be collected.
